Hotbar tweaks

Adds shortcuts to swap your hotbar items by row or by column

Adds the ability to automatically select a random hostbarslot to create random block patterns. You can press the Keybind (default "k") to toggle this feature. If enabled it selects a random slot (0 - 9) on every item use (right click).

puts your selected slot into your inventory when a key is pressed. OR puts your entire hotbar into your inventory when another key is pressed.
