Recall potions can now be found in dungeon loot

Made cobalt/obsidian/ankh shields able to be used as normal shields with the same functioanlly as if they were equipped in a curio slot

Shields can be repaired with iron/obsidian/obsidian

Added new models for the shields to fit vanilla (models are subject to change)

Made all quivers have a 20% chance to not consume arrows upon firing (works with spartan weapony bolts)

Made some artifacts fire resistant
