Fixed several rendering issues
Cleaned up internal renderers and now they use centralised renderers
Flags can now be placed on walls
Added new dye type "Polychromatic": shifts hue depending on view angle
Added Player Plush item (this item can use real player skins. To change rename Plushie Rename Tag and combine it with Plushie in crafting table)
Cleaned up most classes from deprecated methods that caused warns
