New models and textures to replace Weather2's out-of-date textures

This resource pack strives to add more easter eggs into the clouds, like in the 1.21.6 update. It *SHOULD* be compatible with the new version when it releases, but I'll update you in on that. It adds many mobs, items, and iconic Minecraft things.
