Goofy Skeletons

Skeleton Inaccuracy makes skeletons a little less precise when shooting.

The mod adds a configurable inaccuracy factor to skeleton arrows, so their aim is less perfect and fights feel a bit more fair. They are still dangerous, just not unrealistically accurate all the time.

This is a small vanilla-friendly gameplay tweak for players who want ranged mob combat to feel more natural and less frustrating.
