Kinda Limited Spawners

Kinda Limited Spawners makes mob spawners finite by default.

Each spawner can only produce a configurable total number of mobs. After that, it stops spawning completely. To restore and unlock it, use a nether star on the spawner. This upgrades it into an unlimited spawner, changes its texture, and removes the spawn cap.

This creates a simple progression system around spawners: early game spawners are useful but limited, while late game players can spend valuable resources to make them permanent.
